02:08.0 Ethernet controller: Digital Equipment Corporation DECchip 21142/43 (rev 21)

It should work with the tulip kernel module

Thanks

Hi all..

I have just built a router using DD-WRTs latest release (4/30-2007), and I'm wondering if there will be support for the Netgear WGA311v3 WLAN adapter in the nearest future?

lspci says:
00:0a.0 Ethernet controller: Marvell Technology Group Ltd. 88w8335 [Libertas] 802.11b/g Wireless rev 03

Info about the card: http://www.netgear.com/Products/Adapters/GWirelessAdapters/WG311.aspx

Also, I have a D-Link Gigabit adapter which does not work either, lspci says:
00:0b.0 Ethernet controller: D-Link System Inc Gigabit Ethernet Adapter (rev 11)

Don't think it's a DGE-530T.

I'm rather fresh at this DD-WRT stuff, and especially linux, but at least I want to try it out.

I hope you can work this out... Smile

01:09.0 Ethernet controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT86C100A [Rhine] (rev 06)
01:0a.0 Ethernet controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT86C100A [Rhine] (rev 06)

Edit: they're two identical D-Link DFE-530TX Rev-A1 PCI cards... I can't wait until their supported, then I can finally start using my router. How long does it usually take?

Edit 2: I've replaced the second PCI card for another network card (hoping it would be supported, and it isn't). lsPCI now reports.

01:09.0 Ethernet controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT86C100A [Rhine] (rev 06)
01:0a.0 Ethernet controller: Macronix, Inc. [MXIC] MX987x5 (rev 25)

Why can't all the Linux drivers for LAN cards be added? With x86, storage is unlimited.

Excellent! When does the new release come out though? I still see 08/06/2007 being the last update.

Hmm.. no release yet that I can find. Can you re-release the 8/6/2007 version with support for the aforementioned ethernet cards in the meantime? it's just that i've moved and now have no router (and was hoping i could use my x86 one, but can't cuz the ethernet cards aren't supported)

it should be supported in the RC2 release which was made some days ago. i hope i can fix the last outstanding dhcp issues (multicast proxy related) in the rc3 release.
so disable filter multicast on all of these versions

Hi Brian, my LAN cards above don't seem to be supported anymore by the latest RC4. Could you please re-add them? I only see ath0 on interfaces (no mentioned of eth1 and eth2). When I connect any PC to the router, nothing happens (and no IP is assigned).
