I have an Asus WL520GU that has a USB port on it. After flashing it with DD-WRT, will I have any use of this port? What build is best for this router?

I have some question on the same router.
I am about to order a ton of these.
Is there a limitation on the number of port forwards that can be used? Is this limitation based on the router or does it change when loading DD-WRT.
I am also looking to use the USB port for a printer. Which version will allow the USB port behave as a print server?
Thanks,
Peter

I have this router. If you flash with any version from svn10137 on, you can use the USB 2.0 drivers with this port. I currently use it for a samba host (Windows network share) with a small self-powered notebook hard drive, but it'll work with USB Flash drives and hubs. I've never tried to get printer support working, but there are other threads you should be able to find by searching that explain how to do it and this wiki: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Printer_Sharing .
See this thread for some info on experiences with the USB mini versions of dd-wrt on the 520GU: http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=35343 , and this page for Eko's usb builds (click on "others", then "eko", and then "V24_TNG"; the USB downloads have "_usb" in their names): http://www.dd-wrt.com/dd-wrtv3/dd-wrt/downloads.html .

Anyone know what the difference between the NEWD and VINT versions are?
http://www.dd-wrt.com/dd-wrtv2/downloads/others/eko/V24_TNG/svn10431
EDIT: Never mind, found my answer by searching, don't roast me. Looks like NEWD first and then if it doesn't work, then VINT.
"NEWD = Eko where listed and BS all the time.
VINT = legacy driver for those unable to use NEWD. "
