Hello Sash I have just one question: My DD-WRT150N wan conected with cable to optic media converter 100 megabit (real speed 70 megabit tested direct to a computer). Lan port with cable conected to computer. Max cable speed wan to lan max 43 megabit, max wireless N speed 43 megabit too.Lan to lan speed is 88 megabit. Ruter is not very slow 264 mhz. Information from this link http://www.smallnetbuilder.com/component/option,com_chart/Itemid,189/ I dont understand why the cable speed wan to lan only 43 megabit max? DD-WRT version V24 SP2 std generic. I think dd-wrt OS in the 300 mhz wrt600n will not be much faster..... Please answer why DD-WRT OS is so slow, and do you have faster os?
depending if u will use qos 264 isnt enough to get 70mbit through...u will need a >300mhz cpu for plain routing....with qos and wlan u will need ~500mhz (alix/avila/cambria) _________________ Forum Guidelines...How to get help
