This is what i found under the hood of Tenda W311R:
t092445
kh29lv160dbtc-70g
2y792200a3
and
winbond
w9812g6ih-75
09285
69103090003
The chipset is located under a soldered heatsink, and unfortunately i don't have the necessary equipment to remove it . The official firmware is a 1.62MB .bin, so i would guess if it is possible at all to upload dd-wrt on this one it would be the micro version.
I own a Tenda W311R+ for myself, it´s broken after false firmware upgrade. The Router is based on RT3050 Chipset and available in 2 hardware revisions:
H1: 2MB Flash and 16MB RAM
H2: 4MB Flash and 32MB RAM
I own the H2 Version
I read that there´s a "Emergency-Bootloader" on then Ralink Chip, but no access with it on 192.168.0.1. Router comes up with Power-LED and connected LAN-LED.So, no success with known procedure of DIR-600 (boot with reset)
I opened the device, no connectors for Serial and JTAG on Board to see. Board Layout seems to be standard, no special circuits.
Seems like 192.168.0.1 is responding, but TFTP fails...
