I have a FON 2201 with DD-WRT V24preSP2 build 12533 installed.
As sometimes after 2 or 3 days running, the rooter hangs, I've configured a daily reboot at 05h30m.
Last 2 days, after the reboot, the DD-WRT configuration is cleaned - everything is reset to the default settings (including wi-fi AP definitions and port forwarding rules).
The only turn-around I've found was to manually restore a previous configuration backup.
Does anyone else had this issue ?
Is this a known bug ?
I've search everywhere but found nothing.

I would re-flash from scratch.
Get into redboot and do the following:
fis init -f
that command completely formats the flash and clears out everything except the redboot and redboot config.
Re-load the linux.bin file and setup again from scratch.
See if that helps it.
Whenever I upgrade my Fonera from different versions,
I always do the "fis init -f" and then enter in all the configuration stuff in manually each time.
Have never had any lost configs or configuration issues when doing this. _________________ Soylent Green Is People ! =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

First of all, thank you for your suggestion.
I've done as you've said.
reboot, fis init -f, reflash de firmware.
And after I've manually reconfigured all the options (no configuration restore).
Everything seemed of.
But ... When I was changing the web gui management features. Namely the https connection the router restarted and lost the SSID information (reverted back to dd-wrt without security)
At the time there was another fonera (in fact a fon2 runing the original firmware) streaming a video file with ushare to my ps3.
i wonder if the nvram flash offset can be adjusted. once i flash openwrt, put the kernel into the flash area which contain 0x8007d000~0x8007e0000(the nvram area in ddwrt), it said something is wrong in 0x8007d000--i can't remember it clearly.
the cmd i used is "fis create -r 0x80041000 -f 0xA8720000 -l 0x000C0000 -e 0x80041000 kernel", and the right one is "fis create -r 0x80041000 -f 0xA8710000 -l 0x000C0000 -e 0x80041000 kernel", i did this because i want to ge more jffs2 space. _________________ The quieter you become, the more you can hear
Same problem here. First the resets to default happened about on 14 days than it started almost on every reboot.
I think that it is the hardware problem. Also reflash with -f switch did not helped.
I think this Foneras are actually a piece of s...
