I just purchased one of these and loaded dd-wrt micro on it. According to a Linksys WRT54G Wiki this version 1 model has 16Mb of ram. It is listed here also with 16Mb but thru the GUI it says 8Mb of total ram, what gives?

There is only 8mb ram on that router.. You have a GS2 V1, not a G2 V1. Same with the wrt54g2 v1.3
After the v1, linksys saved 5 cents per router and put 8mb ram in them instead of 16 _________________ [Moderator Deleted]

The wrt54g wikipedia page still lists the wrt54gs2 v1 as having 16MB ram. I bought one today expecting 16MB and was pretty annoyed to see that it only has 8MB.
