Hallo,
ich habe einen D-Link DIR-300 Rev. A.

Nun kam ich auf die Idee die aktuelle Stable von DD-WRT zu flashen ueber die redboot variante.
Habe es nach der Anleitung hier in der Datenbank gemacht und alles hat auch wunderbar funktioniert.

Nach dem letzten Schritt faehrt jedoch das System nicht mehr richtig hoch scheinbar.

Der Router ist kurz ueber 192.168.1.1 fuer 4-5 Pings anpingbar bekommt dann aber einen Timeout. Nach 30-60 Sekunden das selbe spiel wieder von vorne.
Kein Webinterface garnix...
Jetzt das dumme. Ich kann ploetzlich auch nicht mehr ueber den wan port per telnet connecten(redboot).

Habe ich den Router jetzt zerschossen?
Was kann ich tun?

Wie das, wenn ich nicht an den Bootloader komme?
Keine Konsole - kein Reflash. Das war auch meine erste Idee.
Habe schon daran gedacht mich an den seriellen port zu hängen, möchte das Gerät aber ungerne aufschrauben. Sad

dann versuch' mal am Lan port über 192.168.1.1 auf den Redboot zu kommen - muss natürlich innerhalb der 4 Pings sein die du beim Anschalten bekommst..

sieht so aus als ob du den Redboot nicht richtig konfiguriert hast (Stichwort bootscript...)

Nun habe ich ihn aufgeschraubt und mir pins an den seriellen port gelötet, ich komme hier so nicht weiter...

dann würde ich sagen stimmt was mit deinem seriellen Kabel nicht..

Ok, habe das Problem ganz leicht geloest.
Ich hatte als redboot ip und serverip die selbe dummerweise vergeben, darum konnte ich nicht mehr mit telnet zu redboot connecten.
Durch die serielle console habe ich dann bemerkt dass ich redboot durch dhcp ips zuweisen kann.
Neue ip und siehe da, telnet ging wieder.
Ddwrt andere version drauf geflashed und alles geht jetzt.

Sehr komisch war die tatsache dass ich bei allen ausser der vorletzten beta einen kernel panic hatte... sogar bei der letzten stable.
Schade eigentlich.
