Just purchased/downloaded the Special version for my WRT54GS v2.0 router today. Very Happy

Hopefully this is compatible, if not it will be a good contribution anyway towards support. Will flash it this weekend coming up.

File name : dd-wrt.v24_std_special_generic.bin
Md5Sum : ccac03eba295125d945872b61e752107

Just curious as to which build number it is? Rolling Eyes

Thanks.

Do the frequent wireless disconnects still happen? I originally used DD-WRT v23 SP2 (09/15/06) std (SVN revision 3932) without any problems for years, saw there was a newer version and thought I'd try it out.

I put in DD-WRT v24-sp2 (11/02/09) mega (13064M VINT Eko) a couple of weeks ago for a test drive. As the VINT was recommended from the router database. Worked fine for a day or so, then I noticed most my newer wireless devices keep disconnecting after a 24 hour period. My old WVC11B Wireless-B Internet Video Camera kept a solid connection for days, while the other ones would disconnect for some odd reason after 24 hours with WEP enabled.

Not much of a problem as I just wired the problem devices for now.
