I'd like to configure static routes on my dd-wrt device in order to use it as sort of an IP terminal server of sorts for my home lab. So far, I have been unsuccessful.

Under Setup -> Advanced Routing, I have tried to configure each subnet as "Destination LAN NET", then the subnet mask, followed by default gateway, which I was using the dd-wrt device's IP. This obviously fails.

Full routing tables exist on the lab devices that can have them. Any help would be appreciated.

As I explained in the guide buddee linked, the gateway for a route should be the address of the next router to forward it to, not the router's own address. How about you explain how you want your entire network topology (links between each router and the subnets directly connected to each router) to be?
