Hi there,
i just bought an ultra low cost (16€) Wireless Router which is running Linux, and now i wanted to now if it could be supported bei DD-WRT.

The Router is a Getnet GR-124W, seems that Getnet belongs to Edimax and build cheap devices for them.

You can find the Product here incl. Links to an Linux SDK: http://www.getnet.eu/products_GR-124W.html

Here are the Specs of the Router:
CPU: Ralink 3050F / 384MHz
Flash: 4MB / KH29LV320DB
Ram: 16MB / Aotom A128168L-6TE
Wlan: 54MBit
Lan: 4x 100MBit
Serial Port: Yes (i will mark the Pinout if needed)
JTAG: 14 Pin Connector is there but i dont know the Pinout and the diy JTAG cable is crap
FCC: No ID

Serial Output:
Code:

So you see it runs a Linux Kernel 2.6.21, and the output says Asic 3052_MP2, the Chip itself is labeled 3050F.
Here are two HiRes Pics of the PCB, if you need any more simply tell me.

No dd-wrt builds for 16MB ram Ralink devices yet, and possibly never.
It is just too little for a standard dd-wrt build to work in.

My ESR-9753 which is 16mb seems to run OK on the ESR-9752 DD-WRT firmware.

I have used it for an AP in the past and it is now being used as a Bridged Repeater by a relative.

It has never been subjected to heavy traffic in any of these applications. Not sure if that has any bearing on stability.

You should try Wive-RTNL build for acorp 1T1R.
Update from boot menu (or try update over web).
Download http://sourceforge.net/projects/wive-ng/files/wive-ng-rtnl/.

Unzip and try acorp.1T1R-16.1.2.3.RU.18112010.bin.zip

It looks nothing like your router so I don't think you could safely try that firmware.
