Enginus esr- 9750/9753 roswell & sitcom problem

i attached wires to serial board of enginus 9753, tx to rx,rx to tx, gnd to gnd

used putty to connect .. it connects but displays garbage characters in the putty windows

i switched RX and TX cables and it shows nothing in the window

what should i do Sad

i tried several other baund rates including 9600

but no luck

You attached wires from what?
The router has 3.3V TTL serial levels and can not be connected directly to a computer RS-232 serial port.
You need a level converter in between.

Take a look at this post. It probably has everything you want to know about these routers. The correct baud rate is 57600.

I have installed DD-WRT for an ESR-9752 on an ESR-9753 and it does (or did back then) work.
