does the TP-Link WA901N/ND v1 file also work for my WA901ND v2.2?

thx & greets

WA901ND has different stock firmware for v1 and v2 and since the revert file is a stock firmware with added dd-wrt header the revert file will not work on a v2.

These revert files are based on TP-Link official firmwares for a certain router and router version.
Which dd-wrt version you can load on your router is a question that doesn't belong in this thread.

I tried it with my WR841N but I get error code 18005

Error code: 18005
Upgrade unsuccessfully because the version of the upgraded file was incorrect. Please check the file name.

That error message is not from a dd-wrt firmware, these revert files are only for going from dd-wrt back to stock.

So, if I want to revert back to stock, just have to flash this stock file using the flash option inside dd-wrt web interface?
TIA

Same question, these files are applied from within the dd-wrt interface?

Brilliant, thankyou! I really need the speed of the 802.11N at the moment so i've gone back to the Stock firmware. I'll miss the other dd-wrt features though...

Japi and sps: yes, just find 'Firmware Upgrade' on the dd-wrt web interface and browse for the revert file. I was really worried about having problems going back to Stock and to be honest with LOM's revert files it was childsplay! Once reverted back I downloaded the latest oficial WR1043ND from TP-Link and flashed it in the same way. Perfect.
