Comparing to "DD-WRT Forum :: View topic - Unsuccessful fonera 2100 debrick.... :(", I believe fon_flash is much easier.

Just remember that it'll take 25+ minutes to flash a 6MB image over Fonera.
And, don't forget to install WinPcap first.
