Whats diff between WOL on admin-management tab and WOL tab?

I seem to have WOL working in that I can go into the WOL tab from the administration-WOL tab and start pc's remotely, but notice in the administration-management tab there is a WOL option down near the bottom of the page that is currently disabled. What does this option do? As it seems that my WOL is currently working even with this set to disabled?
