Hello. I am wondering if i can use a wndr3300 with DD-WRT as a gaming adapter. I have a wndr3500 without DD-WRT that i want to connect it to. But steps should be general as iam hopefully replacing this with an Asus model soon. Anyway my setup will be an xbox 360 connected to the wndr3300 that will connect to my 3500 wirelessly. Ive tried forwarding the wireless signal with no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!
but depending on the setup it might make more sense to use the wndr3300 as main router and the wnr3500 as client. because the wndr3300 has dual transmitters. it also depends on where you need the gigabit ports of the wnr3500. _________________ Router: WNDR3300 (wl0: n-Only 5Ghz, WPA2-AES, wl1: g-Only, WPA-Mixed-Mixed)

On the 3300 unit..set one radio as a Client Bridge...the other as an AP. This will allow you to use both wireless and wired connection to the 3300...and maintain the connection to the 3500 wirelessly through the Client Bridge radio....and this is done with little to no bandwidth loss.
