Hi everybody, I had the following problem. I set the following rule in my router:
forwards
Application | from Port | Protocol | IP Address | Port to
www | 8079 | both | 192.168.1.145 | 80

And also I set the static address 192.168.1.145 for the machine named "LITTLE_MACHINE"

When I try to access from the WAN , I put the IP address in the Google Chrome and it´s translates to the name of the machine, resulting in a failure to access the web server!

In short: IP address (WAN) router (Ex: 190.188.173.117)
190.188.173.117:8079 -> Enter
result:
http://LITTLE_MACHINE/mediawiki/index.php

"Oops! Google Chrome Could not find server!"

It's so clear that when the browser try to reach the IP address, the router traslate this IP (WAN) to the LAN (name)address of the machine, something that is unknown to the WAN! How can I prevent this??
Best Regards,
Charlie
