for me the wireless light flashes and the orange lock stays solid on, wireless appears solid so far, but wired networking is slow as molasses (about 6Gb/hour transfers) it was the same on r18007
last build I tried where it still was fast, was on 17461 which was the last one I used before 18007

edit:
hmm, classic rookie mistake... after a reboot of my computer I get about 1Gb/minute and I haven't tested what the disk throughput on my computer nor on my NAS is, so I guess that's fairly good anyway

Hello!

Here are my test results with my WNDR3700v2:
latest working build 17201
was not able to get 17990 or 18024 running
Well, 18024 was running but the wireless tab was not there.

after four hours of tftping, resetting and so on I can say that the web flash never worked for any of the above builds.
I was able to flash the router via tftp, only.

Hope this info helps, bye,

Yay, got the samba server to work. The USB is working too though the status says "Not mounted".

Using EXT3 filesystem?

Yes, this is a 2GB flash drive I currently am experimenting on with EXT3 on it.

Any tips on USB power saving management on this firmware version? If I get to power the USB drive down, then will it automount if I tried accessing it? I know this sounds too good to be true.

Not sure if my iomega hdd will be okay running 24/7 everyday, haha.

Tried this build with DIR-825, like any other builds after r17201, the radios just will not turn on. The wireless mac addresses just show 00:00:00:00:00:00. I have seen other members' posts saying that the router works fine under build r18000, r18007 and this one. Did I do something here? I just thought that if the router is working fine under r17201, then it should be working fine under the r18xxx builds, right?

Guys, any help?

Flashed my dir-615 c2 from build 17201 to 18024.
Used Don't reset settings, but Wifi don't work (Radio is Off, Wifi LED is Off) and command ifconfig don't show ath0 (present only br0, br0:0, eth0, eth1 and lo).
Reverting back to r17201 and Radio are working fine.

Yes but they changed it again in r18027 & 28.. I knew it they couldn't just leave it alone. I wonder if it still works now.....

I don't think QoS is properly limiting UDP traffic, at least on downlink.
