I've been pretty happy with DD-WRT on a old PC Engines Wrap with a 802.11g Atheros card, but decided to upgrade to 802.11n 5Ghz for a couple of devices that could really use high bandwidth and 2.4 ghz for iPods and tablets that don't do 5Ghz. I'm going to reuse a Atom system that got shelfed. I already have the wireless hardware too. I need know if DD-WRT would work with my setup.

Questions:

Does simultaneous dual band require 2 radios? (To me, it's obvious it would) Can that setup work on x86 DD-WRT?

Will my usb wireless adapters work with DD-WRT?
