I think other people also have interest of porting this device. I'm using it with openwrt at the moment, but I like DD-WRT more Very Happy

No port until the developers get a donated router to work on!

he say that you can see the table LOM linked.. and you can see that the problem is always that DD-WRT team need a donated router to do the firmware..

so you can donate 1 router at the team or wait..

If OpenWRT supports it then you could probably lurk around and get some info about the hardware etc already.. sometimes that is enough for DD-WRT to support a unit, a donation is not always needed but increases the chances.

If this unit was gigabit and dual band, assuming the RAM is 64MB or higher and flash is 8MB or higher, I just might of bought it. Look at that great stock QoS I have never seen a manufacturer QoS as brilliant at that.

Like this, maybe if lucky this is enough for Brainslayer.

CPU: Atheros AR7241 @ 400 MHz
RAM: 32 MB
Flash: 8 MB
Wi-Fi NIC: Atheros AR9287 802.11b/g/n (onboard)
USB: 1x 2.0
Ethernet: 5x 10/100E

This unit is a clone of TL-WR841N with the following three differences:
- USB port has been factory mounted, on 841 it must be manually soldered by user, although it does also work on board
- Antennas are white on color but not black and better looking in my thought
- FLASH size is 8mb but not 4mb.

Every other thing is the same. Switch is still 100mbit.

if anyone has an idea how to easily split the cost for a development device, I'd be in with 5€.
