Is the WR703N only available as domestic Chinese model?
TP-Link's international web site does not have it in the product list and the only firmware I can find for making a revert-to-factory file is from their domestic web site.
I guess the interest for a revert file is minimal if gui language is Chinese?
I'll do a revert file for the domestic Chinese version - we do have lots of Chinese users and a revert to factory should be that and not a convert.
hint:
It will later on, when MR-3020 is supported by dd-wrt and I have made a revert file for it, be possible for WR703N users to load that revert file onto their 703 which will convert it into a MR-3020 (minus the slide switch) _________________ Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!
I recently got my hands on one of these after a family member spent a few days messing it up with a bodged OpenWRT install.
So now I'm trying to reinstall the original chinese firmware. I've got an image to flash but I'm stuck on how to actually do this, I'm far from the most tech savvy of people but I'm expected to figure this out by virtue of having basic computer literacy.

Any idea when the MR-3020 will be supported by dd-wrt?
since we are able to connect with serial and flash the modem with whatever firmware can we just directly upgrade it to the mr3020???
just a thought for whomever wants to mess around with them... i am tryign to get a serial cable at this moment
In case you are asking about the WR703N and r18777 then yes, works for me with Huawei E353. Mind you, the extent of testing I have done is just a a couple 10 minute browsing sessions but so far so good
Most difficult part so far was using the Chinese Web GUI to flash factory-to-ddwrt.bin

I am running r18777 too, but cannot get my Huawei K3770 to work, it is a Vodafone NL version. I did all the settings in the Wan connection type with the details provided by vodafone, but can't get it to work. Need I do some other settings elsewhere in the UI?
