I have 3 La Fonera's I want to install DD-WRT on. How do I flash it? What do I need (Hardware, Software, Tools, etc.)?

I'm new to hardware flashing.

upgrade to the 7.1 and then use the wiki, you might be able to install it using hte 7.1 file from the bottom of the wiki install page

All of my Foneras currently come with firmware 0.7.1 r1

If it never touches the internet and I reset it, it will go to 0.7.0 r4 and I was able to do just as whats in the video, no problems.

I Got it. I missed the "x" in it. I am not the smartest and I locked my self out of my DD-WRT. Yes I screwed up. Is there a way instead of re-installing DD-WRT to reset the WPA2-Personal Security?
