I am trying to use my WNDR3700 as a WAP.
I followed the directions on this site, including all optional
dd-wrt WAP Setup
I also turned off the 3 options for DNSMasq on my router also.
(as suggest by OrangePeel)
I can connect to the WAP, but I do not get a DHCP address.
If I manually set the wifi ip for my laptop, I can connect to the
wap, but get to nothing else (not even router)
If I ssh into the wap (via wired connection) I can ping the router when I am ssh'd.
I have the Setup->Advanced Routing set to router
Why is my WAP acting like an island ? _________________ ~Knaf
