Ubiquiti Litestation 2 -- Unable to generate Activation Key

Hello. New here. I just purchased a license for DD-WRT Pro for my Ubiquiti LS2. When I paste the System Key in at the Activation Center at dd-wrt.com, the "Activate" button remains grayed out, and therefore will not generate an Activation Key for me. I have sent an email to "shop@dd-wrt.com", with no response yet.

Am I missing a step somewhere? The Activation Center shows that I have 1 available activation of dd-wrt, but no joy.

Any help would be appreciated!

u have to check activation or superchannel below, too.
