I've loaded dd-wrt onto this replacement router (ebuyer swapped a v2 for v1 grrh)

Its a 2010 version and I wondered if any of the latest eko builds are still supported on this device?

Thanks in advance

I'm running r18024 on my wrt610V1 and other than having to run a script at startup to get a bit of NVRAM back it works great.

Some people prefer the K2.4 version as they say the wireless drivers are a bit more stable for this router so I'd suggest you start there:

Wich advantages and disadvantages have 18024 over 14929 in WRT610N v1?

Wich script do you run?

I figured out that uPnP consumes a lot of NVRAM.

Thank you.

I'll echo the comment of 18024/18777 being a more recent build -- there are a number of new and updated features but if 14929 is working well for you then stick with it. This isn't my primary router any more so I can afford to test a few things and be closer to 'the edge'.

For the 610v1, I settled on a very simple script that erases a number of the EOIP and WDS nvram variables. These are re-created at each boot so I call the script (stored on a USB Stick) as part of my startup script (Administration -> Commands -> Save Startup).
