Route traffic to certain IPs through vlan

I have two internet connections and I would like to route traffic to certain IPs over my second connection which is connected to vlan2.

For example:
I would like netflix.com (69.53.236.17) to be routed through vlan2 so it uses my second connection.

Is this possible using a firewall script?
