I got my Wan IP address in Client Mode. Manage to connect to the internet through the computer (from the connection status) but can't surf any site or has no physical connection with the web. After a while, an exclamation mark appears in the status icon on the bottom right of my screen.
Tried the Repeater mode, and managed to connect to the router wirelessly, but still no internet connection.
Followed in detail every instruction, and I can possibly share the logs if needed.
It's been 3 weeks since I've last messed around with this firmware. It beats the system and I love it.
But, I've yet to understand it.
Hi.
I have a D-Link DIR-615 rev.C2, and now I'm using DD-WRT v24-sp2 (08/07/10). It works great, but the router's LEDs don't work correctly. The WAN LED lights instead of the power LED, and the power led doesn't light at all. My first question is: are there any newer versions of the firmware for my router; and the second one: is it possible somehow to edit the led configuration in th firmware file?
My D-Link 615-E4 keeps cutting out it's wireless signal for no reason, so I'm trying to reinstall the original firmware. I followed the instructions listed here, but I could never get the the D-Link emergency room. I unplugged the power, and plugged it back in whilst holding the reset button down. After about 7 seconds I let go, and the power light flashed orange.I set my lan ip to 192.168.0.2 but I could never get the browser to connect to 192.168.0.1.
Please give me a solution

I am having the same exact issue after installing this same firmware onto my C1 rev. DIR-615.
I am going to try the build recommended just a few replies ago: 06-14-11-r17201
EDIT: I just completed an upgrade from r14896 to 06-14-11-r17201 and still my Power light remains unlit meanwhile my WAN lite is constantly on... everything else seems OK ATM. What gives?
On a weird side note... randomly I notice just now while re-connecting my phone to the router that there is apparently is now a new network around here called "Free Internets"....never seen it before.. yeah I hope it's not this DD-WRT :p
I'm done though. I already seen immediate benefit as my laptop no longer has problems connecting to the WI-FI. We'll see how long my connection stays up for my destkop. I'm not changing until someone can fix this light problem. Thanks in advance and THANK YOU for this software.
