Unable to flash Picostation 2 AirOS v4.0.1

Hi,
I've followed the instructions listed in the sticky of this forum, as well as a similar thread for a different router.

Using Tftp2.exe, or enabling the TFTP client on Win7x64 result in the same type of error: unable to connect to the router after a reset from the browser interface or by holding down the reset button for 15s until all the LEDs on this router flashed. Either way, as both of these methods failed, I have tried flashing using the AIROS 4.0.1 web interface with the ps2.dd-wrt.bin (TFTP version), as I have read that this is possible. However, I keep getting the following error:

413 Request entity too large.

How can I fix this?

Windows firewall is disabled and the Picostation's firewall is disabled when reset to its defaults, yet I still get the HTTP 413 error.

Have seen this before..and have same issue.. trying to flash pico 2hp to any ddwrt bin from AirOS4 web interface u get error 413.

TFTP works everytime..
