Update 04/30/13:
-Updated r21395 build with a fixed zabbix client
-all wireless interference mitigation disabled, check if this improves wireless performance

I have just uploaded a new release of my custom builds know as KongMod. If you are not yet familiar with my builds checkout the info page:

http://www.myopenrouter.com/article/23842/DD-WRT-Kong-Mod-Info/

Downloads are located here:

http://desipro.de/ddwrt/

Make sure you read the Readme in order to find out which build you need.

Note: as these are no official builds please don't use trac to report bugs, but rather leave your feedback in this thread so I can take a look at it before reporting it to dd-wrt trac.

I suppose there is still no support for the 5GHz usb radio on 3200 and other similar routers?

Flashed on my WNR3500Lv1 with no problems. New samba/ftp management is great!

One thing I did notice is the OpenVPN status page is now simply:

Quote:

State
Server: : Local Address: Remote Address: Client: : Local Address: Remote Address:

Status

Log
Serverlog Clientlog

No more logging occurs. My config hasn't changed for about a year and has worked on previous Kong Builds, I couldn't find any svn timeline changes related.

A minor issue but thought I'd report it.

Main router:

Netgear R7000 overclocked to 1.2GHz - DD-WRT v3.0-r35965M kongac

IPv6 6in4 (HE.net), OpenVPN (with PBR and split tunnelling), Entware, dnsmasq with ipset

Easy ipset support for the R7000

VPN speed: Download: 77.96 Mbps Upload: 5.00 Mbps (AES-128-CBC HMAC-SHA1)

Yes you can get 50 Mbps+ with OpenVPN on a R7000 if you configure it properly!

Previous routers:

ASUS RT-N66U - The Dark Knight
WNR2000v3 - Bought on the cheap for someone else, neutered crap
WNR3500Lv1 - First venture into the DD-WRT world

Hmm there was a change in 20788, so you can test by hand if the old port for netcat works :

http://svn.dd-wrt.com:8000/changeset?reponame=&new=20788%40src%2Frouter%2Fopenvpn&old=20590%40src%2Frouter%2Fopenvpn

I only include base features into the firmware, which a lot of users want. I don't think transmission is used by a lot of people. Did you test the installable package?

root@...:~# opkg update
Downloading http://downloads.openwrt.org/backfire/10.03.1/brcm47xx/packages/Packages.gz.
Inflating http://downloads.openwrt.org/backfire/10.03.1/brcm47xx/packages/Packages.gz.
Updated list of available packages in /var/opkg-lists/openwrt.
root@...:~# opkg list | grep transmission
transmission across the network also takes time!
transmission-cli - 2.32-2 - CLI utilities for transmission.
transmission-daemon - 2.32-2 - Transmission is a simple BitTorrent client.
transmission-remote - 2.32-2 - CLI remote interface for transmission.
transmission-web - 2.32-2 - Webinterface resources for transmission.

-> opkg install transmission-cli

Totally missed that one. Changing the port to 14 works fine! Thanks.

It's possible to have a changelog?

I'm running your 20575M now on a WRT610n v1, and it is pretty stable. But I have the pre-fix version.

I guess you missed that: http://www.desipro.de/ddwrt/Changelog

For a full complete you can look at dd-wrt trac.

You mean offical dd-wrt builds? Well then you should checkout my build and read how my usb mount works:

Thank you for your reply.

Never find what I want at www.myopenrouter.com/ ,being a Netgear page doesn't help. Will update later. And this time, I have plans to test and stress this build more, since that router will be my AP now.
