Hi folks,

I am running v23 SP2 (09/15/06) micro rev 3932 on a wrt54g v5 box. Works nicely, but I am unable to activate either in or outgoing logging. I have configured for both to be active at the highest detail. I am aware that I could set up syslogd, but I prefer to just keep it resident on the router.

The manufacturer's firmware allowed this, so is the problem a reflection of the footprint that the micro version has with respect to the small memory on this router?

I have spent some time searching the board for a fix; only finding other reports of this issue.

So, is this something I have to live with, set up syslogd, or buy a router with a bigger brain? (do the mini/std versions of dd-wrt have the same problem??)

Many thanks, Nicole
