The files and instructions are located on engenius.us site in the EAP3660 folder http://engenius.us/downloads/Firmware/EAP3660/ The file you are looking for is eap3660-Console_Firmware_to_1.0.37.rar (this file is not indexed by google)
In order to use the instructions in the RAR, start by downloading ap51-flash.exe from the "BOOTLOADER IP recovery tool" thread to set the redboot IP and port and then run the script by DoubleDee from the "Redboot entering/hacking tool" (sometimes you need to run it twice to catch).
A big thanks to bulldogbeau, malcolmchng, and DoubleDee.
Okay, the link is working. I'm trying to revert an EAP3660 back to stock firmware.
I have:
- Downloaded files from the above link
- Downloaded ap51-flash.exe
- Set my laptop's IP to 192.168.1.1 (on the wired NIC, and disabled the wireless)
- Run ap51-flash.exe \Device\NPF_{37AEF30C-CA20-4325-A628-ABCDF0AB9497}
- It's gotten to fconfig bootp_my_ip 192.168.1.1, followed by read till ?
- I then run c:\redboot.bat (DoubleDee's script from his 2nd post in this thread and it just runs forever.
Can somebody please help?
EDIT: I also tried running redboot.bat immediately after power cycle, and eventually it invokes a putty window but I get an message "Network error: Connection refused"
