Wake On Lan TL-WR1043ND and Scripts

Hello, i am using TL-WR1043ND router and i have question. I configure act WAN as LAN, because i have already one router at home. But i don´t know how to configure router to receive Magic Packets and forward them to computer (first router can only port forward). I already port forwarded port 9 on first router to IP of router with DD-WRT (192.168.0.107) but computer still can´t be waked.

Second question is about scripts or batch files (don´t know how to explain it) But i want have simple file like "sh wol.sh" and it will execute command via SSH terminal:
/usr/sbin/wol 00:12:34:56:X4:ZY -i 192.168.0.255

but don´t know how to do it because DD-WRT is different from desktop Linux computers Very Happy
