vlans and landing pages

I have a linksys WRT54G V.3 with Firmware: DD-WRT v23 SP3 (03/02/07) vpn
installed.

I want to make port 4 on the router a vlan, and on that port 4 I want to connect one of my dd-wrt fons to it and allow client access to it as we get clients in the office.

I would love for the clients that connect to the wireless fon be given a landing page or something, where they must enter a passphrase or something to connect.

My question is do any of you know of a nice tutorial on how to make this happen?
