I'm running V24-12548_NEWD_mini on my Linksys WRT54GL and, until I tried running Dynamic DNS, was happy with it.
After trying several different DDNS providers, I was told that some versions of DDWRT have snags in DDNS. So I'm considering upgrading to another build/version of DDWRT to get DDNS working. And I'd be very grateful for recommendations (and even more grateful for a link to the correct file: I find it more than a little confusing at times.) I intend to upgrade using the webgui.
(I understand that versions 12548 and 14929 are recommended builds, and I'd need the Generic version for the webgui, having read the wiki and Peacock's notes. )
I should add that I'd also like to try and setup a vpn, too, not that I expect that will make any difference to any recommendations.
