Hi

Just a quick question is DD-WRT 386 OK with realtek network cards? I've heard there's problems with them.

I never had an issue with the Realtek 10/100mbps cards.

I did have trouble with the 1Gbps cards the 8169 type but they were probably defective since the cards I used were built cheap as possible and shipped without an ESD bag. It would work for few hours then quit working until a reboot.


The only way to find out is just to try it and hope it does not go kaput on you.

Also you mean the i386 or x86 version of DD-WRT.
