Whenever, I bootup or wake up computer from sleep, I do not have an internet connection immediately. Usually I open up a browser and click the retry button a few times before I get connected.

Is there possibly a setting I have wrong or something?

Do you have any other devices? Does that happen with them? What router is it? What build are you using?

We need more info. It sounds like your computer has some type of issue, or a cable issue, or even a port on the router.

May sound funny...but....check your adapter settings on your computer....make sure its set to "Allow the computer to turn off device" It should speed things up actually. I ran into the same problem and found this to be the issue for me.
