I have a Netgear R7000.

After upgrading to version 24710M (The July 24th build), I noticed that while the downlink QoS per-user limits still work as I expect, the uplink limits do not.

These limits did work in previous builds (Most recently the 24500M build), but no longer work in 24710M. Clients use the entire available bandwidth for uploads.

This is the case for both manual entries by MAC address as well as the per-user default value.

I am not an advanced user, but if there is any additional info required, I will do my best to provide it.

EDIT: This issue appears to be resolved in the 24760M Build. Thanks!
