i've read many topics from this forum which suggests
use:
| Code: | | mtd -r write wa801nv1_webrevert.bin linux |
it's wrong cause you'll get mtd error and your device
will be bricked
after first try i got this error and i thought about new AP , but don't REBOOT and just upload any stock firwmare to your device via ssh in /tmp
and then just type:
| Code: | | mtd -e linux -r write /tmp/wr.bin linux |
in my case wr.bin it's preloaded wa801nv1_en_3_12_16_up(130131).bin
you can use anyname you want
after reboot i can log in webui via default 192.168.1.254
and see stock page status
Firmware Version:
3.12.16 Build 130131 Rel.56893n
Hardware Version:
WA801N v1 00000000
trust me, i'm really really happy cos i dont need to spend my money on new device.
