DDWRT Router/AP and USB WebCam

I have a ASUS RT AC66U running: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/09/14) kongac.

I have a Logitech USB Webcam (C270).

I am wondering if its possible to connect my webcam into my routers USB port and use it as a Remote Camera. I would then want to use my Dynamic DNS account to view my camera remotely. Does anyone know if this is possible? Ive read that you have to install optware which im not completely familiar with.
Any help would be appreciated.

probably wouldn;t work since the USB only supports hard drives and printers.

Please state what make and model router plus the build number and type of DD-WRT you are using. Screen prints and a network diagram can are also helpful. Before you create a new post, use the search function. Chances are your issue has happened to someone else.
