Wie verbinde ich zwei Router ab Besten per WLAN?

Ich werde demnächst ins Nachbarhaus umziehen, während der Renovierung will ich aber drüben schon ins Internet können.
Aktuell habe ich eine FritzBox 7490 im EG stehen und per LAN hängt ein TPLINK TL-WDR3600 dran im 2.OG.

Jetzt soll sich der TPLINK halt demnächst per WLAN mit der FB verbinden so daß ich am TPLINK per LAN und WLAN reinkomme.

Muß ich am generellen Setup was ändern? Und wie stell ich das WLAN richtig ein?

Da WDS nicht funktionieren wird, konfigurierst du den TP-Link als Repeater Bridge. Beim TP-Link heisst das dann "Client Bridge (Routed)". Wies funktioniert, steht hier:
