disclosure - i am a dd-wrt newbie.

we are setting up a wi-fi gateway running to collect data from multiple sensors at a remote location. as you might expect, the network uplink is unreliable. so we would like to store all the packets on an external hard disk and upload them when the link becomes available. does dd-wrt support such data buffering?

also, the power supply is unreliable. so would like to use a small battery and send a last gasp message before the router goes down. so does dd-wrt support a ups daemon similar to apcupsd?

kindly let me know.

thanks in advance.
