Hi there,
I'm ready for throwing this bleeding thing out the bloody window.

iPhone 4S - 8.1. Will see ALL SSID in the street except my tp-link 2543nd with DD-wrt (build 24461).

Currently security is turned off completely and Wireless set to NG-Mixed. Read everything I can find and NOWT!

Getting stress with this - any gurus think they may know?

Thanks in advance,
Dan

For other people encountering the issue device X won't see network SSID, it might also happen because of the wireless security option:
- older devices know only WEP and or WPA Personal with TKIP encryption, while network might be set on WPA 2 Personal with AES encryption
- older devices know only b/g standards, while wireless network might be set as N only

Just letting this info here, for others who might look for a similar issue.
