Alright after reading up on it, I've actually disabled the wireless router functionality of my modem, and my Asus router now has a WAN IP of 67.8.247.167. I used this to do it.

All I had to do differently was I had to disable NAPT Mode last, otherwise I couldn't get back into the config to do all the other steps.

And yeup, when I connect to the internet via my old TP-Link adapter it's pretty much always consistently up.

firewall off on the tplink? when connected to the tplink open a cmd prompt & type "ping -t 192.168.1.1" & leave it pinging the asus router, when issue happens stop the pinging & see if there is latency spikes or timeouts

yeup, I do have the firewall disabled on the TP-Link Bridge.

Let it run for like a good minute and I already got a few instances of it dropping.

What really catches my attention is the "Destination Host Unreachable" message. What does this mean?

Actually I haven't tried either of those. What channels should I use? Just some random ones?

And no, it doesn't have the DD-WRT on it. I'll look into installing it.

Hey sorry for the silence, after so much failure I wanted to just take a short break from all of this hah.

I've already tried setting the router to other channels, and it doesn't seem to make much of a difference really. That only leaves installing DD-WRT on the Asus. Would this actually cause or create a difference?
