On build 25279 I was able to get roughly 30-80 MBPS on WIFI. I have a 125 MBPS cable internet connection.

With the latest build 25309, I am only getting 10-30 MBPS using the same devices.

What is the best setting for wifi performance?

These is my current settings.

Ath0
Radio is On
Mode AP
Network NG-Mixed
Channel Width: Wide HT40
Extension Channel: Lower
SSID XXX
Channel 11 (2462 MHz)
TX Power 18 dBm
Rate 300 Mb/s

Ath1
Radio is On
Mode AP
Network NA-Mixed
Channel Width: Wide HT40
Extension Channel: Lower
SSID XXX
Channel 153 (5765 MHz)
TX Power 17 dBm
Rate 300 Mb/s

i heard N-Only is still broken so I haven't tried it.

Set CW to 'Full 20' and see what you get. Atheros chip is funny with WIDE. What model is your router?

Is the user's router dual band? That is my question. With Full 20 2.4 Ghz should get over 100 mbps no?

2.4Ghz Full 20 is wireless N 150
wireless N 300 tops out at 90Mbps both ways in theory

1x1:1 72/65 -> 2x2:2 144/130 -> 3x3:3 216/195 (short GI yes/no) for ht20
