Hello I installed this version on my ea6900

Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/23/14) std

I tried flashing to the 11/20/14 version but that did not work. So then I went to linksys website and tried to flash the stock firmware. I now know that it cant be done. So I might be stuck with the ddwrt firmware. I tried to flash other firmware and the result is the same. The upgrade goes on with no problems or warnings but the firmware is always the same
Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/23/14) std

Any ideas of what is happening? Can I revert to the stock firmware? or is there a way to make it so I can flash other dd-wrt firmwares? for some reason the router is stock on one version.

did you try a different browser?
how about clearing the cache & restarting the browser?

Some users have had issues with it being a browser on the pc.

Yes I just tried a different browser and it did not make any difference. I am stuck on

Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/23/14) std

I get

Upgrade successful.
Unit is rebooting now. Please wait a moment

but it boots back to

Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/23/14) std

I also try to flash from the console using

write imagefile linux and the flash process went smoothly but after rebooting I got

Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/23/14) std

That's build 42261. Lots of people seem to have trouble getting off that build.
You can try the steps listed on number 3 here http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Installation

No luck with step 3. I am still stuck on the same build.

This is what is happening. I have tried flashing from console too.

Yes, just flash the stock from GUI or the same method you just used.
