In a process to make SDMOD on a WRT54GS v1.0,
I was not able to wire directly on RP3.
So I followed printed circuit track and try to connect on it (see photo).

I check with script :

Code:

#!/bin/sh
 while true
  do
  gpio enable $1
  sleep 1
  gpio disable $1
  sleep 1
  done

evry points where OK , but soldering was difficult as well.
Finally GPIO 4 was not working any more. No idea what I broke !
Router still working

need to know : what is the consequence of no GPIO 4 ,
what to check to fix it.

After chirigural work in soldering I finaly managed to mount SD Card ..... BUT
Sodering being realy a pain, I finaly toasted resistor pack RP3 and lost ethernet . Attempting to bypass the broken resistor failed .

WiFi works perfectly and I do not use wired ports

But .. I need to flash the firmware to get a build supporting mmc !

the big question : IS IT POSSIBLE TO FLASH WITH ONLY WIFI CONNECTION ??????

Thanks for advising
