WRT-54 GL v.1.1 bricked ?

Hello there.
i have a problem with router Linksys WRT-54GL 1.1
The router was in my fahters house and it was runniing for a liong time. I have no idea what firmware it is using. THe problem is as follow:
when i plug the power cable in all of leds light on. NOONE BLINKS. Few seconds after that all of them goes off. I cant ping router from anywhere.
When i take the power cable off and plug it again ALL of the leds light on for short and after that they light off again

i tryed 30 / 30 / 30 reset but its not help.

no network connection .. no ping .. no nothing. I tryed another power supply. The router just goes down after few seconds.

It's bricked. Re read those notes in the peacock and get a cable to fix it.
