Rule of thumb...no more than 10%.

I've had success running an old 310N unit at 330MHz....that's with a heat sink and a low cfm (quiet) fan.

thanks for the quick reply. it's a bummer doesnt sound worth it then. i was hoping for an extra 100mhz oh well.

Actually...I didn't quantify it with numbers...but there was a noticeable improvement on throughput with the extra 30MHz....I ran this unit in a church sanctuary for quite some time...as many as 50 users at a time...no major complaints...I was one of those users...so I saw the improved throughput personally.

I'm probably going to take a messed up belkin and oc it benchmark with heatsinks and see what differences i get just for the heck of it.
