TP-Link TL-WR841ND - Can't connect LAN clients after upgrade

Upgraded my TP-Link TL-WR841ND to the latest v24-sp2 (12/22/14) std - (25697).

Now, my workstations can no longer connect to each other. I cannot ping workstations from another.

For example, my MacBook cannot connect / ping my Desktop and vice versa.

If I use wifi, then the Macbook can now ping and connect.

If I connect the macbook on the same hub as the desktop, they can connect.

However, when my Macbook is connected to the Tp-Link directly, it can no longer connect to the desktop.

Both macbook & desktop have DHCP with dynamic IP.

I've also done the following command:

swconfig dev eth1 set enable_vlan 1
swconfig dev eth1 set apply

after I ssh'd into the router.
