some of the info you are seeing doesn't make sense as 2604... address should not be a 6to4 so lets start from the beginning
What exact modem do you have. Model #
Can you connect your pc direct to your modem
- provide screen shot of www.ipv6-test.com
- provide screen shot of www.test-ipv6.com
- from pc run the following commands
ipconfig /all
netsh interface ipv6 show route verbose
netsh interface ipv6 show addresses

When you connect your pc directly to the modem you are not getting any ipv6 connectivity from TWC. No router announcements, no dhcpv6-pd. As I mentioned a few posts up, your modem is not currently ipv6 compatible which is why I asked in my first post if your modem was compatible and later asked if your modem was in the list I linked to. This also means your dd-wrt router will not get any ipv6 connectivity from twc at this time.
What you are seeing when you connect directly to the modem is that your pc recognizes that the ip assigned to it is a publicly routable ip. Windows will by default create a 6to4 tunnel adaptor whenever it has a public ip. 6to4 tunnel addresses are based on the 2002::/16 prefix and includes you ipv4 address to route your ipv6 traffic.
You will not have native ipv6 from TWC until they update your modem's ipv6 connectivity or you switch to a compatible modem. Until that time, if you want ipv6 you will need to use either a 6in4 or 6to4 tunnel. I do not recommend 6to4 as a 6in4 tunnel from HE is a much more stable choice.
