Buffalo WHR-300HP2D uPnP Problem

I setup this router with static IP and enabled uPNP. When, I run the repair on the Server running Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials, it comes back with an error saying that the Router does not have uPNP enabled. Anybody have any ideas?
